Experience and expertise

Prior to forming Executive Search International in 1992, I spent 10 years as group vice president at Management Recruiters International—the nation’s largest search and recruiting organization. My leadership and consistent top performance led to my induction into the company’s Hall of Fame. My earlier business experience started out with General Electric in their noted advertising and marketing management training program, and then later with ad agency  giant, J. Walter Thompson in New York.
